Free Coaching - am I mad? What's the catch?
No I am not mad and there is no catch. In order for me to qualify at the coaching academy - the UK's No1 training provider - I need to hold forty coaching sessions. In order to do this I need you to help and agree to be coached. You get the same as my paying clients will get when I have qualified. All I ask is that you commit to the coaching process and commit to take responsibility for your decisions and follow through on the actions that you create during the sessions.Be quick though as places are limited.
This is what you get:-
An induction session - a relaxed session where we discuss the expectations and explore you overall aims and ambitions. We explore the coaching experience and set the scene for the rest of the sessions.
Up to six 30 to 45 minute telephone or skype coaching sessions.
Exercises to help you make sense of what it is you want to be, have or do and how to create balance between the different areas of your life.

What you need to do
- Sign up to my newsletter on the left and confirm your email
- Send an email to me introducing yourself
- Briefly outline your expectations of the coaching sessions
- Describe what it is you want to be coached on initially. We can of course move on to other areas as the sessions progress.
What I will do in return
I will respond to all requests and if there is room on my Pro bono programme I will send out further information about the coaching process and arrange with you a suitable time for us conduct the induction session. With the information pack I will send out a contract. to be signed and returned to me before the coaching sessions start. These sessions are a significant investment on my part, the contract simply outlines my expectations and is your confirmation that you are committed to the process. Without that commitment the coaching sessions will be de-valued and we will both lose out.In the event of the Pro bono program having no available spaces I will either :-
- place your details on a waiting list in case of someone dropping out of the program (I also intend to continue to offer one pro bono space at a time once qualified)
- offer (with your express permission) your details to another coach who is running a similar pro bono scheme
- offer you paid for sessions at a greatly reduced and negotiated rate.
